At Lixura, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the product being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Personal care or hygiene products once opened (where applicable).

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Lixura will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.
